At THE GRAND FLOWERS & GIFTS, we aim to ensure a seamless and delightful delivery experience for our customers. Please review our delivery policy for information on our services:
1. Delivery Areas and Timeframes
Delivery Zones: We offer delivery services to specific areas within Perak. Please check with us or use our website’s delivery address feature to confirm if we deliver to your desired location.
- Delivery Time Slots: Deliveries are carried out during our standard operating hours: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. While customers may select their preferred time slot, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. This helps us maintain fairness for all customers and allows our team to deliver efficiently and punctually.
- Same-Day Delivery: We do offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM, depending on product availability and delivery capacity. We recommend placing your order early to secure a slot.
2. Delivery Fees and Charges
- A standard delivery fee may apply to all orders, which will be communicated to you during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for specific delivery requests such as expedited or timed deliveries.
- Deliveries within Ipoh town are included in our standard rates. However, for locations more than 10 kilometers away, an additional delivery fee will be charged based on distance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- For customers seeking early delivery for condolence arrangements, kindly contact us via WhatsApp for a faster response and special handling.
3. Delivery Process and Tracking
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.
- Tracking Orders: For tracking purposes, you can contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll provide you with the status of your delivery.
4. Delivery Responsibilities
Recipient Presence: It is important that the recipient, or someone on their behalf, is available at the designated delivery address and time. If no one is available to receive the flowers, our team will attempt to reach both the sender and the recipient to reschedule delivery. Please note that rescheduling may involve additional delivery fees.
- Correct Delivery Details:Customers are advised to double-check and provide complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. Any delays or extra charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.
- Waiting Time by Delivery Personnel:Our delivery runner will wait at the delivery location for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the recipient is not reachable within this timeframe, the order will be handed over to a representative at the location (e.g., receptionist, family member, colleague) to accept the delivery on the recipient’s behalf.
