Cancellation Policy
At THE GRAND FLOWERS & GIFTS, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Please review our cancellation terms below:
1. Standard Order Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 4 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup timeare eligible for a full refund. ( Especially there wont be any refund for import flower arrangement made less than 3 days)
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advanceare not eligible for a refund, as preparations (such as flower sourcing and arrangement work) would have already begun.
2. Custom & Event Orders
- For large or custom arrangements (e.g., weddings, events, condolences), cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- If cancelled within this notice period, a partial refundmay be granted, depending on the stage of preparation and costs incurred.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event dateare non-refundable.
3. Same-Day Orders
- Same-day orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are prepared and dispatched immediately to meet delivery timelines.
