Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Grand Flowers & Gifts. By placing an order through our website or other platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

  • Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability and must be placed before our cut-off time (typically 12 PM).

  • Orders made after cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

2. Product Substitution

  • In some cases, certain flowers, wrappers, or decorative elements may be unavailable.

  • We reserve the right to make substitutions with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.

  • Colour and appearance may slightly differ due to lighting and seasonal availability.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver within specified areas. Please ensure the correct delivery address, contact number, and recipient name are provided.

  • If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may:
    a) Leave the arrangement with a receptionist, guard, or colleague (with prior approval), or
    b) Reschedule for an additional delivery fee.

  • Delays caused by incorrect information or force majeure (weather, traffic, etc.) are not our responsibility.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery time. Refunds will be processed with a deduction of transaction charges.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

  • Damaged Items: If your flowers arrive in poor condition, kindly contact us within 3 hours of receipt with clear photos for review.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of basic packaging unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to seasonal supply, fuel surcharges, or packaging upgrades.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information provided is strictly used for order processing and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • All promotions are valid for a limited time and are not valid with other ongoing discounts unless stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any promotion without prior notice.
