Please take note of the following delivery arrangements during the Mother’s Day period:

• Delivery slots are only available:
  Morning: After 10:00 AM
  Afternoon: After 2:00 PM
• There will be no exact delivery time guarantee during Mother’s Day due to the high volume of orders and traffic conditions.
• If you require a specific delivery time, we highly encourage customers to arrange:
  Self Pick-Up, or
  Your own Grab / Lalamove booking.
• Fresh flowers typically have a lifespan of 1–2 days, depending on:
  Imported flower quality, and
  Surrounding temperature and handling conditions.
• Please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations during the Mother’s Day season.

🌸 Additional Terms & Conditions – Mother’s Day Orders 🌸

• We will ensure that the quality of the flowers delivered matches the photos taken before delivery.
• Complaints regarding flower condition, appearance, or arrangement will not be accepted after the flowers have been received.
• Any changes or amendments to the order cannot be made once our staff has started or completed the floral arrangement design.
• Photos of the completed arrangement will be sent for confirmation before delivery. If there is no response from the customer within the given timeframe, it will be considered as confirmation and approval to proceed with delivery.
